Q: What am I buying?
A: You’re buying the sole rights to display a "Government owned and controlled" vehicle registration mark. The government always remains the ultimate 'owner' of every vehicle registration mark but they allow the rights to display the mark to be legally bought and sold. You (or any other person you choose) will be nominated as the sole user of the registration mark and once it’s assigned to your designated vehicle, you will have full control over its future sale and transfer.
