When we have processed your order for a private plate we will send an email confirmation to the address you specified. We will also dispatch a written confirmation of your order by first class post to the address you provided.
Delivery method and timescales
For postal confirmations, vehicle documentation and number plates, we rely on Royal Mail's First Class postal service and their delivery timescales.
In the case of Gift Certificate orders we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. If you order a gift certificate before 2pm on a working day we will submit your order to the postal system so that it is guaranteed by the Royal Mail to be with you on the next working day before 1pm. In the unlikely event of non-delivery we do not accept any liability. We do however support you with tracking data, should you wish to make a complaint to the Royal Mail.

Delivery Recipient Screening
We operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore, initially, we can only deliver to the cardholder's address. Upon your request we can send a release document to this address in order to receive formal permission from the cardholder, by way of a signature, that we are able to deliver to an alternative address if required.
As stated during the order process, for legal compliance we require proof of identity before our manufacturers can dispatch number plates.
We only deliver to UK and Northern Ireland addresses.
Our delivery partner is Royal Mail* and we use their First Class and Special Delivery Services.
