Private Numberplates for Less Delivery Policy
We will send an email to the address you specified when we have processed your order. We will also dispatch a written confirmation of your order to the address you gave us, on the same day by first class post.
Since most other items are then delivered directly to you from elsewhere, eg DVLA Swansea or our number plate manufacturers, there will be no other notifications sent from our offices.
Delivery method and timescales
For postal confirmations, vehicle documentation and number plates we rely on Royal Mail's First Class postal service and their timescales apply.
In the case of Gift Certificate orders we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. If you order a gift certificate before 2pm on a working day* we will submit your order to the postal system so that it is guaranteed by the Royal Mail to be with you on the next working day* before 1pm. In the unlikely event of non-delivery we do not accept any liability; however we will support you with tracking data should you wish to make a complaint and apply for compensation from the Royal Mail.
*working days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
Delivery recipient screening
We operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore initially we can only deliver to the cardholder's address. Upon your request we can send a release document to this address in order to receive formal permission from the cardholder, by way of a signature, that we are able to release documentation to an alternative address if needs be.
As stated during the order process, for legal compliance, we require proof of identity before our contractors can dispatch acrylic number plates.
We only deliver to UK and Northern Ireland addresses.
Our delivery partner is Royal Mail* and we use their First Class and Special Delivery Services.
