1. The vehicle is already owned by the recipient and all documents are present.


2. The vehicle isn’t owned yet- they will be getting one sometime in the future.


3. They recently purchased vehicle and have some vehicle documents (V5C/2).


4. They recently purchased vehicle and have no documents.


5. They are buying a vehicle from a dealership.


6. They already own or are buying a vehicle that has another personalised registration mark on it.
